Warren Dunes

First, last night we attended a balloon glow.

The globe was our favorite.

Today we ventured to the Warren Dunes. It was a long way up!

After our big climb, the girls cooled off in Lake Michigan.

The girls loved collecting rocks.

 A sign of a good outing: everyone passed out except the driver.

Happy 4th of July!

We hit the parade in Hinsdale for some early 4th of July fun.

 Look what was there!  The Stanley cup!

 No holiday is complete without some BBQ from the BGE.

Story time

After their standard breakfasts of a chocolate zucchini muffin...

 Haley, Bailey, and Geoffrey headed out to story time at the library.

 Great job, Haley!  So brave all by yourself.

Soccer!

Haley hit up a new sport today: soccer!  But first, she hung out with the dollies in Stephie's room.

 Cutest shin protectors ever.

 Later, it was time for zip lining at Northside Park.

Haley's stitches (which are coming out tomorrow!) have not slowed her down a bit.

 Later she worked on a new cutting and pasting workbook...

 Finally, play time at Claire's house.
