More of the purple room

Haley's room is finished!  Mommy put all of the flowers back up today.

 Also, it's really cold.  And getting colder.

 Good thing Stephie's all snuggled in...

 ...in Haley's room!  Because Stephie's room is currently undergoing a transformation of its own.

Friday

First, baby Violet's room is starting to shape up.

Haley loves working on poster-sized art.

 Mommy ran the "reading and eating" center today at kindergarten.

 Finally, dinner at Marian and Audrey's house.  "Hello, Audrey?  Is dinner ready yet?"

 Haley loved the butternut squash bisque.

Sick day

Poor Haley.  A bad cold kept her home from school today.

 There was a lot of television...

 ...and a LOT of Kleenex.

 At least when Stephie came home they switched to books.  Or phones.  Oh well.

Big news around here!  Haley traded in her blah beige walls for a lovely shade of purple instead.

Don't worry, Stephie's walls aren't far behind.  Thanks, Grandma Julie!!!

Haley's skills

First, Haley has been practicing writing names a LOT lately.  Starting to figure out how letters make sounds together.  Go Haley!

 Also, apparently she is quite the star in sports class.  Here she is playing soccer.

Playdate at Caroline and Ben's house

Lunch at some new friends' house today.

Apparently there was a lot of climbing on furniture.

"My friend Caroline has the doll Caroline and the entire book series.  That's the one I really want."

Pump It Up and Mimi and Poppie

First, Stephie (and a whole lot of other kids too) went to Parmita's birthday party today.

 Stephie also demonstrated an experiment from her Magic or Science class.

 Speaking of magic, she showed Poppie some of her best tricks.

 Haley had an awesome time swimming with Mimi and Julie.
