 It was reptile day at church where a mobile reptile/amphibian zoo came to visit.  It was extremely well-attended...

...but luckily all the kids were on their best behavior.

Big news for Haley!

First, lucky Violet in her crib.  Big sisters love to read to her.

 It was a great day to day for Haley!  A special dinner out with Mommy...

 ...which lead to her first lost tooth!  Whoa!

 Meanwhile, Stephie was at an awesome trampoline birthday party.

School play dates

The school year is upon us!  The girls went to Haley's JK play date and met up with Gia.

 Next up: Stephie's grade 1 play date at Brunswick Bowl.

 Finally, a play date at home with Gia and Bella.

Rounding out their educational museum tour, the girls loved the Illinois Railway Museum...

...and a geology museum as well.

 Stephie loved this fool's gold.  "Did you know you can buy a piece for only $10?"  Daddy's response, "That sounds like real gold prices."  : )

Sweet Violet got a lot of individual attention while the big girls were in Wisconsin.

Madison field trip

The girls finished up their summer travel with a trip up to the Madison Zoo with Lucas.

They also went fishing in Uncle John's pond.
